You cannot submit refund requests after 30 days in any case.
We can only send refills to the original Instagram username used for the order.
If you update or change your Instagram username, you will not be eligible to request a refund or refill. Your order will not comply with our refund policy.
In case of a modified username, we cannot send a free refill. Your order will be eligible for a refill only when you revert to your original Instagram username.

Late Delivery

FollowersCart.ca services may deliver later than the planned date as shown on the website’s order page.
However, this should be considered normal, and if your orders are not delivered on time, feel free to contact our support team.
Our support team will assist you in finding a suitable solution. For late delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Losing Count

If you have voluntarily unsubscribed from our services, you can contact our support team for assistance.
During this period, refund requests will not be accepted.
We offer a 30-day refill policy with subjective conditions. If you drop below the start count, you cannot request a refund.

Quantity

If the quantity you purchased is not enough, you can contact our support team for further assistance.
